- Location Data: Only when you choose to share your location in a chat message — we do not track your location in the background.
- Communications: Messages exchanged between users through the in-app chat.

We use your personal data to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Enable store owners to list and manage their products.
- Facilitate bookings and conversations between customers and stores.
- Send push notifications for new messages, booking updates, and promotions.
- Improve our platform through analytics and usage insights.
- Comply with legal obligations under Jordanian law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:
- Other users: Your display name and profile photo are visible to users you interact with. Store information is publicly visible on the platform.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Chat message attachments (images and files) are automatically deleted after 2 months. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your device settings.

TheDressCode is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete the account promptly.
